Yes, Photoshop, and bit of Painter. Lady is Painter only. I begin to see no difference between two of these applications; I'm learning to create my own brushes in PS, so it fits me as good as Painter. :-)

Thank you all! I wish I had something more to show, more often to post... But I am really busy now, and digital painting has to wait...
That's beautiful. Wow... how do you start these? Just lay in the colors and work up from that? His headband blowing in the wind is great.
I always start with fuzzy idea. Then it's doodling. Then, it is sometimes getting a form.
